Every now and then, I come across an interesting new drink introduced by Modus Operandi. It was the “Maldivian Latte” which got me the most excited. This particular latte is a concoction of dhiyaa hakuru and coconut milk, and garnished with toasted coconut. The dhiyaa hakuru taste lingers in your mouth for a good while although the caffeine itself hits you slowly. The best part of this drink, personally, was the toasted coconuts. I’ve always loved munching on these, and they acted as a buffer to the sweetness of the dhiyaa hakuru. I’d recommend it.
