“Training Sessions take place ahead of FHAM Exhibition and International Culinary Challenge 2019”

The annual FHAM Exhibition and International Culinary Challenge is among the most highly anticipated events for the hospitality industry in Maldives. It provides invaluable opportunities for individuals and organizations to display and discover the best products and services, for locals and foreigners alike.

This year’s event is set to take place during mid-July, and preparations are already in full swing. Currently, training sessions and workshops are being conducted for the participants at Champa Central Hotel. The sessions are focused on the four main areas for competing; culinary, barista, mocktail and housekeeping.

The event, organized by Dhivehi Expo and CDC Events & Travels Pvt Ltd is a platform like no other, with over a hundred resorts, hotels and restaurants taking part this year as well.
