Granola is a preferred staple for breakfast for me, but I never thought I’d see the day I have it for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. One of the most popular items at Meraki is undoubtedly Aisha’s homemade honey roasted granola bowl. It’s served with a light yet tangy yogurt and topped off with seasonal fruits like strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mangoes and kiwi. To top it off, some honey is drizzled on top alongside some chia seeds and you can order it with a cuppa tea, coffee, anything your heart desires really. It was instant love at first sight (or rather, first bite) for me. It’s – quite honestly – my favorite thing to have these days.
