The hotel’s all-day-dining restaurant, Lime, features a daily buffet breakfast with live cooking stations, a la carte dishes for lunch, and themed buffet dinners featuring Chinese, Indian, Malaysian and Sri Lankan cuisine, suitable for kids and adults alike.

There are some noteworthy new additions to this menu. For one thing, an old time favorite, the Chili Chicken is an Asian style wok-fried boneless chicken with local spices and oyster sauce. For pasta lovers, Lime offers the gnocchi with tomato sauces. It goes hand in hand with vegetarians as well since gnocchi is a pasta-like potato dish. It is served alongside fried dumplings and oodles of parmesan cheese. If you are in the mood for something hearty, try the Turmeric Chicken (marinated with turmeric) served with rice and fried eff. Moreover, if you would rather go for a different but close-to-home cuisine, try the Uttapam with Sambar – an Indian style rice pancake with lentil sambar on the side.
