“Maldivian chefs to participate in Chinese Cuisine World Championship 2019”

According to the Chefs Guild of Maldives, a  team of six chefs from the Maldives are to represent the association at Chinese Cuisine World Championship, which will take place in China’s Shenyang city from 21st to 24th of August.

The participants heading to China for the event are Mohamed Adil from Faarufushi Maldives, Ahmed Mazim from Four Seasons Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, Riffath Mohamed from Kuda Bandos, Ibrahim Nathif from Baros Maldives, Oishii’s owner Ahmed Fatheen and culinary consultant Ibrahim Naeem.

Since its establishment in the year 2014, Chefs Guild of Maldives has undertaken the task of developing the culinary industry in the Maldives, and played a major role in providing opportunities for Maldivian chefs to participate in various international events. That being said, we wish the team a successful outcome and experience from this event as well.
