My colleague grabbed an Apple Tartlet from The Village Café and Bakeshop on the way to work the other day. I shamelessly asked her for a bite, owing to my growling stomach. She gave me a half.
The dough was just crusty enough and soft at the same time. Thin slices of apples lay draped over one another and the top was sprinkled with cinnamon powder and swathed with syrup.
The Village Café & Bakeshop is a large café located on a corner of Bodurasgefaanu Magu. With a large chandelier descending from the ceiling, the bakeshop is a brightly lit and warm space that is home to many baked goods.
